you could have several possible issues.

you could have the ceramic core in the catalytic converter that has come loose and is bouncing around ..  it could also be clogged..  preventing the engine from accelerating ..

you could have a broken flex plate/flywheel.. its the thin steel plate that bolts to the back of the crank on the inside and the outside bolts to the torque converter..

i would check for codes anyway..

use an OBD2 scan tool.. if you have an autozone. they have one they will loan you to go out to your truck with.. plug it in.. follow instructions on it.. turn the key on.. follow more instructions.. eventually unplugging it and taking it back in the store where a print out will be made of your codes..

you could have a fuel filter or fuel pump issues.

reduced fuel pressure or flow can cause issue. not usually making noises..
