Hey everyone, My name is Henry and I'm just new here. I'm thinking of buying my first car, and I am in need of some opinions and suggestions. I also want to learn more about it with the help of fellow members. Great community you have here by the way.

there are SO many options..

what are your needs..

how many people do you need to transport..

do you have children that need car seats installed to transport them

how far is your commute..

what is your weather like..

do you have pets that get transported.. or need cages installed to protect them.. there are dog harnesses that hook to the seat belts to stop the pets from flying in an accident.

what is your budget like...

how long have you been driving..

what is the theft and car break in's like in your area..

Hey, thanks for the response. I’m living alone in Santa Clara so it’s more of a personal use and leisure. No children and pets to be taken care of. No reported case of theft and car break, but still I need to be careful.

I always travel to Stockton by train to visit my parents and relatives there during my days off. Since I want to travel at my own phase and hang out with my cousins outdoors, I’m considering a vehicle that has entry-level off-road capabilities.

Howdy! Imo, Honda Civic or Fiat 500 are good choice and are gas savers.
