Working on a Ford small case cast iron trans.
I think its an FX.
Looking for a rear pump and ce mmaybe a planet

Its a Cruiseomatic. The only place I know that might have that pump is Fatsco Transmission Parts in NJ. 973-227-2487

if they don't have it.. i have a supplier about 8 miles from me that also carrys old stuff..

no just no major issues that cannot be handled in the shop...
click on the active posts..
click on my user name... look for the mopar muscle magazine link.. there is a forum post started there where a guy is looking for a sequential shifting transmission to hold up behind his 800HP supercharged aluminum hemi in a tube framed fiberglass body 70 charger...
over in one of the ford mustang mags... i forget which.. several posts about using the coyote 4 valve ford motor with the 5R55s and issues with getting electronic controllers... as that one uses multiple speed sensors.. but i don't have a diagram to compare if the shift electronics are similar to the other versions.. and just ignore the multiple speed sensors that only come with that unit for advanced shift scheduling.. and wire up the less complex controller...
access the forums from each site via community then forums..
if you are needing some excitement.. another site here is stupidvideos.com its neat as you can click full page .. and it will just play one video after another until that segment is done...
no key strokes needed.. try it out.. and none of that exrated stuff there.. except for some cheek when farts are discharged..
i laughed so hard at one that i hurt my concussion again...
