My 2001 e320 transmission is falling out of gear while driving and sometimes not going into gear atoll.Checked with dealer they said their aware of the problem in those cars but there's no known fix......HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE. I need to know if anyone who has experienced this has found a solution and how to fix or who to take it to.Thanks
When you say "falling out of gear" do you mean it goes into a neutral like state? And when its not going into gear you mean you put it from park into reverse or drive and it doesn't engage? And if you leave it in drive how long until it finally engages. Also do these problems occur when the vehicle is cold,hot or both?
