Family 7 seater SUV

Hi All,
I know it's not that simple to answer , but I'm looking forward for your inputs.I'm planning to buy a new 7 seater SUV and currently I'm considering the below options

a) Infiniti JX35 (I'm in love with this one)
b) Toyota Highlander
c) Ford Explorer
d) Acura MDX

Priorities for me in order are
a) Comfortable 3rd row seats (especially for long drives......
b) Nice driving experience
c) Good mileage
d) Safety
e) Good resale value as in worst case I might have to sell off in next 2-3 yrs (maybe)

Infiniti JX35 is no doubt a great car. All your other options are not bad either. But from my past experience I can say that Ford Explorer and Mitsibuishi Outlander are nice and reliable SUVs. This cars are comfortable, dependable and also with a great gas mileage. And If you want to sell this vehicles in future then I think it will fetch you a decent resale value...good luck
