I recently bought a honda odyssey van after reading good reviews and being assured by juan that the van was in great shape. After the van arrived it had transmission problems and failed totally within a month, cost thousands to fix, I got no help at all from autos direct. They stuck me with a defective vehicle and simply ignored my request for help. When I posted negative comments online, they responded and posted that they would repurchase the van or reimburse repairs. They did neither and even though I submittted all bills they once again ignored my request. Their offer was just another ploy to appease the internet public. WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE. BUYERS BEWARE, They will sell you a defective vehicle and stick you with all repairs. I was unlucky enough to get one of the bad ones. They are skilled at misreprentation so don't let lower prices lure you into a deal. You must check every car thouroughly and don't believe anything they tell you. Don't get stuck like I did.
