Hi just got some new Wagner ThermoQuiet MX886 rear brake pads for my ford focus and one of them was cracked on the side. Is this normal, not a problem, or I should definable return them?

if you have not installed it yet..   i would take it back to the store and return /exchange it as a defective product..   looks like it got dropped hard and the surface has started to peal away..

you might loose a lot of your pad life if it chips out while driving..


its hard to tell from just one picture...
