Ok i am buying some tire chains for my father as a late christmas gift the tire model is
P265/70R-16
it is on a dodge dakota 2006 slt RWD. I am unsure how to figure out the actually size im pretty sure its either 17 or 18 could someone help?

The last digits of the tire size are the rim diameter (rounded off).  So a P265/70R16 is a 16".
