I had a really great experience doing business with Auto Direct Online. Everyone was very helpful and financing was easy to figure out. Jeff was all about answering my mom's questions as well as mine. I ended up with a 2004 New Beetle Convertible as my first car. They offered me a great warranty for 2 years that covers nearly everything. Especially electrical issues since New Beetles are known for them. They were willing to work with us on a monthly payment and were very honest. I learned plenty of new things while doing business with Jeff because after all it was my first car purchase.
