Thinking about buying this truck.
It is a 2.4L 4 cyl.
Is it an interferiance motor?
If it is the deal is off

i looked and looked and looked at the timing belt catalog... no timing belt listings for the 4 cylinder motor at all..

see parts kit above..

do me a favor.. take you OBD2 scan tool and see if it have a system you can read..

i don't know if this is a motor that is going to bend valves...

is the timing chain broken???  

Motor is finewith around 100,000 on it.
it's the trans that is broke.
No reverse because the rev hi drum and pump are badwhere the rings and bushing contact between the two.
I am a trans rebuilder so it could be a good deal.
Haven't seen the truck yet just the trans.
