One more thing..mine is a Maruti 800 engine..796cc,37 bhp at 5000 rpm...I was thinking of using 2 small bike radiators for the cooling system..any advice for the bhp & rpm rating of the bike whose radiator can be used...how about Honda CBR250R??

there is a way to calculate radiator size needs.....
it will take me a while to find it... if you add two honda honda motors.. they don't equal the displacement of the maruti... and if they are fan equipped.. you will probably need more electrical power to drive two than just one..
depends on if this is a stationary in class example.. where it won't be put into full duty...

great... you are ahead of me... i know very little about motorcycle motors...
i am taking that you have a conversion chart to displacement and rated horsepower.. to BTU...
and then a second chart for the BTUs per square inch of radiator core depending on the size of the tubing and single.. double or triple row... do the charts mention how much airflow in CFM per BTU ??? i am sure that you know that btu is british thermal units...
did you get a chance to read some of yesterdays posts i made..??

i did't use any of the charts..but now i think they are to be used.. i converted my horsepower rating to BTU(thermo)/sec..but couldn't find anything about the chart for BTUs per sq. inch of the radiator core or the air flow rate..you suggest something plz....how to get this data??

i don't have those charts or calculations available...
radiator manufacturers will have something ...
its way out of my field..
google this term
automotive radiator btu chart i found several good links.. including the one below..
see if this will download.. its 25 pages.. looks like might be the right info..

I went through the pdf file..my method was pretty much the same...except that they calculated the cooling capacity of the given radiator & I calculated the radiator size for the required cooling...now I m thinking of using the standard Maruti radiator cut to my size requirement.
