I've read somewhere that driving ability depends on IQ level. Corresponding to Bergmans IQ Test mine is 127. Seems not bad at all?

i have figured out it depends upon perspective... from the drivers line of sight..
it the driver sits in a low position. where their line of sight is is just above the rim of the steering wheel.. or through the loop of the steering wheel.. they are viewing traffic and their car location in almost a 2 dimensional plane..
where a driver with a taller seating posture.. where their line of sight is well above the steering wheel and hood lines. so their line of sight is more in the 3 dimension.. so they can see the more of the ends of where their car should be and see the other cars..
i realized this a long time ago.. when i was following a woman home with her car.. she had a very low seating position. and the right side of her car was torn up.. as she barely missed the cars on her right as she could not see the fenders of her car and judged the cars parked on the right by their roof lines..
she was missing them by less than 6 inches.. at 30 miles an hour..
a few years later i noticed an early 90s Tbird.. that was a patch work of colors.. as the fenders and bumpers had all been replaced.. but the replacements were all torn up again.. when the driver got out.. i noticed he was about 4 foot 6.. i mentioned to him when he was finished shopping and had gotten back in his car.. that he really needed to raise his seating position to get a better view of the road.. he replied that he had been driving for 60 years. and that he drove just fine..

I've done an online IQ test a few years ago. It was also in the 130 range.
I don't think online tests are very reliable, though.
