Theres no way that wire is coming out. Will this wiring harness have the same connector for my car? I will just cut all the wires for that connector and splice and crimp it.

Used wiring harness

that terminal should be easy to extract..   look in any EMPTY cavities.. see what the latching device looks like where it could catch the terminal..

thank you for the honda terminal book.. thats going to come in handy...

i wonder if the terminals are just not properly latched so they are pushed back where only the ends of the female terminal just barely touch the computer terminal...  causing heat to build up..

the melting problem could have happened when you had to change the wiring last time also..

According to this chart, B20 and B22 are both Ground wires for the ECM.

look at the wiring diagram...

where does the LG1 and the LG2 hook up to on the transmission..   does it hook to half of the solenoids...

when you push the connector back into the ECM... can you push the terminals forward onto the ECM pins farther..

or can you get a photo straight up the connector where we can see the terminals..?????   see if they are actually burned...   see if they are the same distance inside  ... while looking.. see if you can yank them backwards farther than any of the others...

can you get a good shot up an empty cavity????  to see the latch that catches the terminal.. i realize that i am asking a LOT of your cell phone camera.. or what ever camera you have..

you can post many shots to photobucket..  its free.. that way i can look at them without needing to post them...

or post them...

more photos makes it easier...

since i cannot be there...  unless you live somewhere in los angeles..  chances are small of that...

If the terminals were not broken, they are now. (Stuck a little screw driver in there and broke the little plastic separator. The junk yard was a failure. Raining and muddy. Found a civic that was in an accident. Dirty as hell inside. Then finally managed to get the computer out and I see the wires are cut from the collision it was in...O yeah, and when I cut the connector so I could match it at the junkyard I first cut the wrong one... So looks like I need that harness off of ebay.

The wiring diagram is in the manual I believe?

Noway my phone camera could get that good quality of a picture. Unless its an Iphone maybe?

Actually they all seem movable back and forth except the 2 Lg1 Lg2 terminal wires...(maybe from me jamming the screwdriver in there?)

Im from Chicago.

Got a used wiring harness from ebay. Cut the connectors off and connected it to the old wiring harness. Plugged it in. Took it for a ride. Everything seems fine. No check engine light. Only time will tell. Thanks for all the help.
