I have a 2000 GMC 4 wheel drive pickup 5.3 liter auto.
Trans shot will a s-10 blazer auto trans fit  

until the transmission guys get back tomorrow... and they are going to ask .. what year the S-10 is...

i don't think the 4.3 have the same bell housings as the LS engines.. 4.8 and 5.3.   the 4x4 also requires a special output shaft where the transfer case bolts on..  different length...

i only have a few direct exact interchanges...

i don't know if this will help you or hurt you . as i had to reverse engineer a catalog to find these..

can you identify the case number stamped in the side of the transmission just above the pan rail.????
