Hey, I'm new here in the U.S., does somebody know good/reliable websites/people/companies where I can buy a remained BMW transmission? I need the 6HP19 for my car.

VTP Transmissions in Brooklyn NY. They have a large inventory of used transmissions and they are always in very good shape.

But do they have rebuild transmissions or remanufactured. I'm not sure about the terms. But one has for me a better quality. Which one do they sell?

There isn't much difference between rebuilt or remanufactured. If you're going to buy Remanufactured it's gonna be at least $4000-$5000 installed with a 3 year warranty. Used would be about half that with a 1 year warranty. VTP is just a place that i have bought used transmissions from in the past. They always have what you need and they never send you a piece of shlt like a lot of other places will. If you want a reman get a quote from a trans shop or the dealer. What is wrong with your trans? What are the symptoms?
