I have been told by a few used part dealers that a 2002 Venture tranny will fit a 2001.  Is this accurate?  Thanks for any help!

1999 through 2005 are all 4T65E's but they could have slight differences in electronics and or gear ratio's. If either one of those used parts people specialize in trannys then their info should be pretty reliable. Try VTP in Brooklyn NY they know their sh/t.
