I have two 205/65R15 Tires and I recently got a flat on my car which has 205/70R15 tires I was wondering if I use those tires to replace two of my tires on my car. So basicly I would have two 205/65R15 tires in the front and two 205/70R15 tires in the rear?

There are a number of problems here:
First is moving to a tire with a lower load carrying capacity. That increases the risk of failure - and sometimes those have tragic results.
The second is handling. Different tires - and tires of different size - handle differently. You want the front end to be coordinated with the rear. If not, you could spin out - and that is always bad!

Tires sized P205/65R15 92T have a lower load carrying capacity, smaller diameter and different handling characteristics than tires sized P205/70R15 95S. Any store that would mount them for you has no ethics or professionalism and is best avoided.
