Here's a link to the auto trader. What would you pay? Trying to get opinions.
The KBB value for Good = 26,000.
There is some roughness to the truck. It's had it's repairs and has a always on "Parking Brake". Brakes work fine though. Just some kind of error.

I was thinking 27,000 but if anyone can give me a reason why it might be lower then please do so!
