Both are Luxury Performance Touring All-Season Tires

Which one would be better for a 2008 Mercedes Benz C300?  Which one of the two would be best?

I am a fan of the Primacy over the HX.  Primacy tread rating is a little better, and has a warranty of about 45,000 miles for W rated.

I believe the HX has a warranty of 50,000 miles for H rated.  Both are very similar, but the Primacy is a little more "upscale".   It has Green X technology (pretty much means a lower rolling resistance, which is supposed to increase fuel efficiency)  Also cost a few dollars more as well.

I would also check out some other options such as Conti Extreme Contact DWS (thats what I have on my car).  Great performance, and priced lower than Michelin.
