My family was in the market for a new HUMMER before the harsh Cleveland winter hit. I had been looking for over 2 months at all the different options before I found Autos Direct Online. When I called I didn’t get the run around about price or the specifics about the 2008 H3 that they were selling. Dan made it a point to make us feel welcome from the second we walked in the door. Dan was very willing to fix the minor issues with the body work as well as fix a few things that were unnoticed. The day that we looked at the H3 it had just been traded in and looked like it was lived in but when we returned to pick it up it looked like a new ride! The Finance department was very willing to work with us even though we already had been financed through our own bank. Dan and the guys will definitely stay in my speed dial and will get all my future car buying business.

Juan Rosario helped me with my 2004 mazda 3s. The transaction was easy fast and simple. I had a slight problem with my tail lights and it was fixed the day i brought it in with no questions asked. Autos Direct Online is an amazing dealership and i would strongly reccomend it to a friend.

I bought a saab 9-3 from Autos Direct Online. My sales person, Jeff was knowledgeable, the finance department was accommodating. The car is perfect and had a great price. Overall a great experience. Very recommended.
