Pax Tireson honda odyssey touring

I guess I missed the lawsuit for pax tires and Honda.  I have to replace my tires again on my honda odyssey touring with under 60,000 miles.  Any input or suggestions on replacing with different tires or getting special pricing due to the lawsuit?
