For US vehicles, Tire Guides publishes a list - but you have to buy it from them as it takes quite a bit of effort to compile the information.
Perhaps Tire Guides has expanded into Europe, or perhaps there is another group that compiles such a list. Do not be surprised if they also charge for the information.
But, perhaps, what you seek is something else that merely needs to use that list. What question are you seeking to answer?
