Wait...

do you mean that this car has an ON BOARD NAV SYSTEM

Columbo2

Columbo's 1959 Peugeot 403 car

Only 504 of the Cabriolet convertible model were produced in 1959, the year of Columbo's car, so his is a rare model.

it must have used timing signals from Sputnik to calculate GPS locations..

maybe if colombo had just put the top down.. he could have navigated by the stars...

yep.. driving through beverly hills... asking movie stars standing on the street corners where to go...

oh...  sorry.. i mixed up the numbers..

only real problem they don't sell those in the united states as far as i know...

the Fiat 500 just went on sale...   with Jlow driving it to adoring crowds... at least in the ads...

this must be what you are talking about..

800Px Marcus Gr%C3%B6nholm 2004 Monte Carlo Rally

if i needed to know where to go in that.. i would just use the helmet mounted communications system and ask the navigator who is sitting in the right seat..   he does his best to get the driver  there on time..   but i can see the help with the electronic version.. if you get off the route.. the navigator only has the route maps .. not much otherwise..
