I just bought a new car on Thursday, i signed the papers and everything including the Financial Services papers to which it is stating how much to pay biweekly, the dealer who always always wants to pull a fast one on us did't give us a time to read the Vehicle purchase agreement so my husband just sign it, when we got home the price of the car is wrong, now do we have a case or do they have a case on this one if all the papers are properly sign by both parties?

Documents are signed by your husband. Generally innocence of law is not excusable. Don't register a case against him. Speak to him smoothly and solve the problem with your friends. Don't hasty in signing documents. First study well the agreement and related documents then sign them.
Don't worry, if the dealer is an ethic person, he would do the best.
