Can someone help with rim questions?(rim buff please!)

So I have a set of Fittipaldi Exclusives that fit on a 1991 BMW 750il.  I would like to put them on a 2006 BMW X3.  Is this possible?  The tire size is the same and so is the bolt patterns but is the offset going to work?  Please help!
