I'm interested in a 2008 Honda Civic Si sedan with 35,019 miles. It's listed at $15,990 at a small, local dealership. The dealership has good reviews, including with BBB. There is no free CarFax available online, but I'll definitely take a look at that and also ask for my local mechanic to check it out. I'll also make to sure test drive before talking price.

What's a good/fair price for me to begin negotiating at (assuming good condition)?
