Hello to all
We have a 2007 Chevy Malibu 75,000 Miles on it
We use the proper antifreeze for it
We have to refill the antifreeze every month, it's always well below the minimum line, and makes a gurgling sound
No evidence of a leak, no smell, nothing on the ground, floors are dry
The engine doesn't seem to be running hot, temp gauge seems to be working
Please help me. Thank you very much!

you did not say which motor...
there might be a TSB on that...
you can check directly over at alldatadiy.com
lower right corner of their web page.. titles are free.
does the system hold pressure.?????
when i find a cooling system that gurgles... its usually the radiator cap is failing to hold pressure.. the system has to hold 13 or 14 pounds of pressure..
i have had other cars that failed to hold pressure... and would blow the coolant out of the overflow tank...
there are also bleeder screws on many models... letting out the trapped air from high spots in the cooling system...

The coolant is going someplace. It isn't going on the ground. If it was dripping from the radiator cap, you'd smell it, or see it.
What does your oil look like? What does your exhaust smell like? What do you get when you wipe your finger on the inside of your exhaust pipe?
It's going someplace, figure out where, and you can identify the problem. Head gasket, cracked head, and cracked block are all possibles.
