And both of them work together fully operable. one will be just the alarm, and the other will be for everything from the manufacture. I just want extra security, and want to know if this can work out.

yes....
you might also want to install under one of the front seats.... one of the 160db alarm horns... prevents anybody from being able to stay in the car....
you can also... use a constant duty solenoid... to cut off all power to the car... unless the hidden switch is thrown... one thing.. you have to remember to turn it off... as it may stay on and drain the battery.. and it gets really really HOT...
you will need at least parts of the wiring diagram...
there is a car audio mag on this site... that should also cover alarms...
http://caraudiomag.com/
i have had friends ... who went as far as installing frame pulling chain pots in the curbing to chain his cars down at night... so... the bandits moved 3 cars from the driveway.. to get the one behind them that was not chained down.. all this with the window next to the driveway open...

I don't think it's actually a good thing to do, you should be more concerned to put only 1 but a good one alarm system

Yes I totally agree with you. The second alarm is useless, one good system is pretty enough. Besides having an alarm, here are a few other pieces of advice to keep away from burglars:
No matter how cool you may think a large windshield decal of your favorite brand looks on your car, don't even think about putting one on. The same goes for stickers on the other windows. This is the biggest invitation a thief gets to break in and take your stuff. They're called "steal me" stickers for a reason. Don't drive through neighborhoods blasting the bass and calling attention to your system. Not only is this a courtesy to the residents but it also keeps the local hoods from scoping your ride as their next target. When parking your vehicle, try to park under lights and in an area where it is not hidden from view. Keeping it in the open reduces your chance of a thief breaking in to it. Thieves hate to be seen.
