I want to share a story of a friend of mine who is 83 years old. My friend went to IPAC to get an oil change on his 2009 Mazda 5. He was approached by a salesman who he thought was a mechanic. The man took his keys and then invited him into his office. After three hours and asking for his keys back on several occasions he was tricked into signing a paper my friend thought was a work order for his car. Instead this paper was a contract for a new 2012 Mazda 5 priced at 32,000 dollars. The contract also detailed of taking his 2009 Mazda 5 that was in mint condition with only 1900 miles on it and only gave him 5k value as a trade in. The car that my friend owned was worth 14-16k. They somehow got him approved for a loan through Security Service for 75 months. Mind you he is 83 years old. They did this without getting any proof of income or refrences from him. This took place about 3 weeks ago and the family has been working hard to get this resolved by the dealership. The General Manager Jeff and the COO Baker Shawe refuse to even discuss the issue and claim a contract is a contract.

I feel that my friend who is 83 years old has been fiancially exploited and got his car stolen from him by Ingram Park Mazda. He even explained to the man that he thought was a mechanic that he could not read the paper for he did not have his reading glasses. Can you imagin this happening to your parents or grandparents when they go out to run errands? I can only imagin the type of evil that would do this to an elderly man who just wanted an oil change.

Beware this Business!

This is a terrible story, I`m sorry to hear that some jerks took advantage of an old man's kindness.

There are Good and not so good.
My buying experience was completely different and a much more positive experience.
I have purchased several Mazdas in the past few years for myself and family members from this dealership. Their sales and management team has recently changed somewhat. I called and talked to Gary Wiley. He was very professional and once I arrived, connected me to Josh Leal, (sharp young man) to help me look over new inventory and answer any questions I had. Once you get past the initial haggling points and stay focused on what you want and the terms you want, they get down to business.
Their Director, Dennis and I came to an understanding and we proceeded with doing the purchase.

They got me a better interest rate then I had gotten on my own. Their finance manager, Steve really was a big help as I kept him crunching numbers for an extended warranty until the numbers worked for me.

Overall, I am very satisfied and without any reservations recommend this dealer.
