I have a 1978 Pontiac TransAm Automatic trans. And when I Put it in gear, no matter what gear it is, I really have to "floor it" in order to get the car to move. I almost have to red line it to accually get it going.
Any help would be GREAT thanks alot..

You my friend are more than likley looking at a rebuit tranny and convertor.
