I have a 2005 Jeep grand Cherokee LTD with the 5.7 HEMI. The power steering hose between the pump and the fan has started to leak has anyone attempted to replace this on their own and if so, how difficult was the repair and how long did it take?

your user name will work there also...
most of the time when i do power steering hoses .. i have to use various tool like crow foot line wrenches to really get into the steering box and the back of the pump..
along with a back up wrench on the pump outlet nut.. usually one inch.. but i am not sure on your model...
