So I'm looking to get this car. It's an '07 Mazda3, great deal but then I looked closer at the dealer's pics posted online and it seems like the inside of the wheel is rusty or something.
Can you please take a look and tell me what it is and how much i'm looking at to repair the problem (if any):

That's just rust on the disc brake rotor. Nothing to worry about. It just means the car hasn't been driven for a while.
