Hi I am planning to buy a Honda Accord 1997 LX model with 109K on it. Looks (some dents) and drives fine with a weak battery. $2600 agreed price. Do you think its worth the price.
The price is in a normal range, so no worries on that. But it is due for a timing belt/water pump job. Thats around $800. Honda's are great cars! I do know that some of the 1990's model Accords had some tranny problems but i suspect since you said it drives fine you are clear seeing that they usually happened really early, also make sure the weak battery is just that not a bad alternator.
