Yea negotiating is important while buying a new car or used from dealers. As dealers will charge more price for the cheap cars to earn more so you should negotiate properly while buying it. Else you can do one thing you should visit few popular sites to know the value of car like Autodriver to know more about cars.

I am completely agree with your point and it is very necessary to get the deal that fits on the requirement. Otherwise it will not work out. Dealers are not flexible as far as price concerns and negotiation requires at that point.
