Hello,

I am preparing to purchase my first car (used) and was wondering if I could get a few heads' up on the best (and worst) dealerships in Cleveland, Ohio.

Unfortunately I'll be doing this all on my own and since I know virtually nothing about cars aside from best and/or reliable brands, assistance is in order!

I can afford up to about $5,000. I originally wanted a Mercury Cougar, but I think it will be best for me to go with what I know is a die hard brand since it will be a while before I make enough for another car. I plan to have the car for at least 3 years with minimal complications.

With all of that said I have been seriously looking at used Honda Civics and Accords, automatic only. I would like to only buy from a dealer since, as a newbie, I don't think it will be best for me to purchase privately.

All of your help is greatly appreciated. I no longer want to be "bkrgrl" and am looking forward to your replies.
