No. The rim width on your truck is 5" and the allowable rim width range for a 215/70R14 is 5½" to 7".
I own a 2003 Nissan Xterra. My question is that my suv calls for a p265 r70 16 tires, can i use a p255 r 70 16 tires on my vehicle? Will it make a difference in anything or cause any damage? Thank You
That's a bad direction. That is going down in load carrying capacity and that increases the risk of a load related tire failure, which sometimes has tragic results.
