I recently bought an 2002 A6 and for the second time now after hitting a put hole or a large bump at an excessive speed the head unit shut off. After the first time the radio powered back on a day later or so, but now its been over a week and I don't know what to do. I've installed a head unit before on a ford, but this is all very different. After going behing the glove compartment I was at a loss for what to do and the fuse is fine. If anyone out there could help me with some words of advice it would be greatly appreciated. Also, if I take this to a body shop of sorts, around what price range should I expect to fix this issue? thanks.
