Both my wife's 2000 Jeep Cherokee and my 97 Jeep wrangler
have the same issue. The fan switch (on the dash) ONLY works
on position 4 (high)

Is this a common failing? and can someone tell me how to fix them?
I figure it must be a common prob since they both have exactly the same issue.

Could be problems with the blower motor resistors. They are located
under the right side of the dash on the HVAC module.
