I have a 1998 Jeep Wrangler TJ 2.5L, It will not even try to turn over, None of my gauges will come on or my radio or windshield wipers or blinkers, but the air will come on when i turn the key, head lights work, replaced the ignition starter switch, got my starter tested, checked all my fuses, I am all out of ideas!! please throw some things out that i can try, Thank you

here is a link to the starter system wiring diagram...

you did not say if its an automatic or a manual transmission..
look at the wiring diagram... you will have to copy and paste the above link to view it.. and you can also print it...
automatic... see if you have power on both sides of fuse 20 in the fuse block only when you have the key turned to the crank position...
there is a starer relay in the power distribution center under the hood someplace... does that relay click when you turn the key to the crank position..
do you have power on both sides of the large 40 amp fuse #2 in the power distribution center...
with an automatic.. there is also a neutral safety switch probably on the side of the transmission.. i am not sure..
with a manual transmission.. there is a clutch pedal switch that can go bad... it prevents the starter from working when the clutch pedal is not depressed to the floor...

Its a Manual, its not doing anything no clicks or anything, the only thing that comes on when i turn the key is the air...

you have the wiring diagram...
test for power where i mentioned....
post what you find...
use a 12 volt circuit tester.... they are available at most parts stores for about 10 bucks...
there is a possibility that you have other wiring problems.. burned fusible links.. burned large fuses in the power distribution center under the hood.. (the black thing with an open able cover with big fuses .. small fuses and relays..
