2005,chevy tahoe z71 LT, i bought it about 2 months ago and it just hit 100,000 miles, should i change the oil any differntly than every 3000 miles, now that it has that many miles on it, ???

Nope just keep on the 3000 miles change and you will be fine. They do sell some oils now adays that are specaily for high millage vehicles. Would start puting that in to prolong the live of the engine.
