Sorry for confusion on previous posting-first time user.  Bought set Sumic G60  , noticed after installed, tires did not have direc tional arrows or word "outside" marked on
tires. Is itI ok for them to be installed either way? I am not a tire expert, but want to get the best mileage out of them.  Thanks in advance.

If there are no markings it doesn't matter.  I go into more detail here:

http://www.barrystiretech.com/directionalandasymmetricaltires.html

If you want to get the most miles out of your tires, you need to worry about inflation pressure and alignment.  They have far more affect than the way the tire is mounted - even if it is mounted incorrectly.

Spend some more time on my web site, and you'll see that I advocate that a good alignment tech will know that vehicle manufacturer's published alignment tolerances are too wide.  Do not give your car to someone who does not agree with that - particularly if they think that if the factory didn't build in adjustability into the suspension, then it can't (or doesn't need) adjustment.  Avoid those people.

Thanks, CapriRacer you have eased my mind for a NC to NY trip this week.
