Has anyone experienced the problem of this engine all of a sudden revving to 6500-7000 rpm?  Even when sitting at a stop light or starting it in park?  Has happened over 5 times and seems to be *** with having the brake on or just releasing it and possibly with turning the steering wheel for a left turn.  If so have you heard of any fix?  toyota claims they have never heard of it - even though the NHTSA site has lots of complaints of the problem but no reported fixes (offically).  

It's under warranty, so have it checked out by the dealership service center. Could be a bad throttle position sensor.  

Re-program computer, possible replacement, really dealer item for re-programing.
