Ok. So I've noticed by surfing the web it's a common problem.
But I've tried what I think is almost everything to solve this.
I replaced the front struts with Monroe's ready assembled units to eliminate any installer error. It's basically a 5 bolt job, and a monkey can do it.
I replaced the links as that's a common problem as well. I even went so far as replacing the lower control arms (the entire units), and the inned tie rods.
I replaced the swaybar bushings about 2 years ago with the heavy duty AC delco Blue ones. I doubt it's that, but I've had it and Im going to replace that this afternoon.
So I've basically replaced the entire front end. I only know one other way to fix it and that's to replace the whole @)$* car. Any help would be appreciated.
THanks

have you checked that the rack is bolted down tight...  there are 2 bolts on the drivers side.. a hold down clamp on the passenger side...

have you checked that the sub frames are bolted in tight??????

are the universal joints that connect the steering column shaft to the rack and pinion tight..??  not worn...
