I have ordered a set of tires online 195/60R/15,this was a mistake by me, my car's stock tires are 195/65R/15. Will they cause a major problem? Any expert on this?

This results in a decrease in load carrying capacity, which increases the risk of a load related tire failure, which sometimes has tragic results.
If you can get them exchanged for a small fee, that would be the right way to go!
