there are fuel tank pressure testers... look like radiator pressure testers... these can be used to pressurize the tank to a few inches of water pressure.. to search for leaks...

inches or water pressure vs inches of mercury...

inches of water... is a much finer scale..    there are 23 feet of water.. or 276 inches of water..
this equals 30 inches of mercury..   you don't pressurize the gas tank to more than about 5 inches of water..   or an 1/2 of an inch of mercury..

but there are also shops... that have smoke machines.. that will a quarter tank of fuel.. they can pump some smoke into the tank and find the leaks..

i seem to recall that there have been problems with some of the vapor control parts under the van.. unhooking.. breaking.. and then there are problems with other cars... where the filler tube rusts out..

i don't have at hand the trouble shooting charts for this model...

eautorepair.net      or    alldatadiy.com     will...

you might want to .. if you are mechanical at all...   take a look underneath.. see if you can find the leak point..

here is a generic picture of whats under the back of your van..
