I have a technical question, all of my tires were deflated...not from damage but from vandalism..someone let all the air out of each one. I was backing out of my driveway which was covered in ice, I thought I was just spinning my tires on the ice as I was trying to get out, after few minutes I got out and looked at them and it was not my tires but my wheels spinning inside of my tires becauce of no air being in them, they were somewhat pulled away from the rims and I could smell the rubber burn. What type of damage could this do to my tires or sidewalls if any? thank you.

the only way is to have a professional tire shop inspect them...
if the sidewalls were slashed.. to let the air out.. the tires are junk...
it all depends on how much damage was done..
please install new valve stems also.. the spinning the rims on the tires can damage the button that stops the valve stems from pulling out..

your tire are toast.....sorry bout that, but without air keeping them from the rim, your rims burnt the inside of the tire to nothing. i used to work in a tire shop and now teach kids to drive, the very first thing i teach them to do is, you must walk around your car, it only takes 13 seconds and could save you hundreds in tire damage.
