I just checked out a G6 from Pontiac and was very pleasently supprised! The car handles very well, quite gutsy to and was suprised on how quit it was for a car that size! Comfortable seats and a lot of room too. With a 2 door coupe and a convertable too, its about time.

My husband and I purchased a Ponitac G6 and within one month of course after the warranty expired the Fuel Filler Neck Assembly completely broke, and we had to replace it which was $370.00. We were told by the service guy that the part looked defective. We are wondering if there is anyone else out there that this has happened to. If so this part needs to be recalled. Please Respond!!!!!!

Well, U weren't lucky, sure! But my impression is this: It's extraordinary that the G6, which I (a European BMW and Volvo driver) loved when rented from Avis 2 years ago, is a continuing growth success. Against all conventional wisdom, with age it gets recognized for the excellent machine it is. Not only does it still often outsell the new Malibu (!), but sales growth (6 months +22% in the present horrible market) beats all its Japanese competitors: Finally some US quality recognized by the market.
