the flashers and hazards are usually on separate circuits...

turn on the hazards first... see if all of your bulbs are working..

there are so many cars with burned out brake and turn signal bulbs..    if the bulbs are burned out.. the turn signals won't flash... the hazards might...

the owners manual that came with your truck.. may list the fuse locations and the flasher locations...

autozone.com has some free repair info online .. if you join and log in... i don't know if they have exactly what you need...

eautorepair.net or alldatadiy.com will have it...      all new cars and trucks have dozens if not a hundred individual wiring diagrams...
