is for sale. I was wondering if the price is good. I went to go check it out, Ran fine, very minimal rust. However, when I went to shift, the stick vibrated a bit. This is my first time buying a car that costs more than $1,000. I just want to be sure.

is the next choice or to keep looking for a Honda. I'm interested in the MPG and my budget is about $1,500-$2,000.
Any help? Thanks

its really important to have a mechanic look over used car buys.. a mechanic that you trust...
AAA also know as the auto club.. has a vehicle inspection service in some of its main offices ... if you have worries.. they don't fix them.. they only inspect them.... give you a written report on problem areas..
$1,000 buck cars are almost disposable.. i do know some people .. who have kept them for 8 or 10 years..
i have one car.. that my family bought for 500 bucks in 1972.. that i still runs ... its rough... its wrinkled.. but when i need it.. i can turn the key and drive it..

Absolutely get a mechanic involved prior to buying any used car.
If you don't have a mechanic take a look at the vehicle, you are rolling the dice.
Won't get fooled again in 2010!
