Needing to change flasher in my Blazer.
Can not find where to change it.

It should be on your fuse panel which should be up under your dash on the left side. sometimes they have a plastic cover on it, just pop it off. These new cars are getting so crazy anymore, I have seen G.M. put some of their fuse panels on top of the left front fender with a screw down lid on them. Go figure. I know change is inevitable, but sometimes I think they do it on purpose just to mess with our minds. hope this helps. dave

On the Blazer the flasher is on the right side of the column near the center.
